Makhni gravy is something to die for. Anything cooked in a makhni gravy makes it rich and delicious. After cooking, paneer makhni, aloo maknhi, gobhi makhni…it was now time for some kathal to go with the creamy gravy. Had lots of kabab mix left in my fridge box which i had made yesterday. So thought to go for some kathal ke koftas in makhni curry. The delicate koftas simply melt in mouth and gives a marvelous taste when combined with a creamy and silky makhi gravy with a mild aroma of kasuri methi. I teamed up this awesome dish with…

It’s the 3rd day of Jan’2015, the climate is super cold and raining too…Never ever imagined that winters can be this chilling here in Raipur. Now as God is being so kind to me, i just thought to enjoy the freezing climate with some crunchy munchy snack that can go perfect with evening Tea. Something hot and cheesy…. just the way i like. Evening snacks are a quite challenging in my home. It should neither be too light nor too heavy. Should be tasty, something new always….phewww! Still i love to take up the challenge and try to create something…

Corn Marbles are one of the most wanted snack in my home. My son often nags for some hotel type snack which he can enjoy at home. Like any other kid even he is fond of all fried stuff. So i chose to make one at home instead of getting something ready made. Corn Marbles are tasty , crunchy oval shaped potato balls filled with corns, peas and pea nuts. The sewai coating makes it scrumptious and i make kids fall in love with the marbles. The corn marbles are again an easy option for kid’s tiffin boxes.

Gobhi / Cauliflower is the alone vegetable that makes my meal complete. Today as i skipped my lunch and was hungry late evening, i just thought to spice up my high tea with Chilli Gobhi. Cauliflower florets cooked with an oriental tang. Though it goes best with Noodles or Fried rice, i decided to have it as a snack….lol

Usually Malai Kofta is all about Paneer koftas stuffed with dry fruits and cream. But i thought of adding a lil twist in the koftas specially. Had few peas, one cauliflower and some beans left in my fridge. So just added them in the koftas to make it more rich. Interesting..? Malai kofta is ready to be served. Serve hot with Butter Naan or Tandoori Roti.
