Here falls a holiday again…! My cooking took a fancy turn again to please my son amd make his holiday worth. Presenting Paneer Malai Tikka with Cream Dip , Sauce , lil salad and accompanied by Jeweled Dark Chocolate Cake and Hot Chocolate Drink. Normally the Paneer Tikka is grilled in microwave but sometime i found that after grilling the tikkas use to get tight. So this time i opted to shallow roast them in a non stick tawa. The outer crust became crisp and the softness of the paneer inside kept intact.

It would stop wars, put an end to suffering and even change the…

Perfect anytime munching snack. Something that not only children love but also a favorite of many adults. Pasta comes from Italy and here in India we adapted it well n even transformed it into various fusions as per our choice of taste. Penne Pasta the cylindrical one is one of my favorite type. Chilli Garlic Creme Penne is simple and easy to cook. I ate this first at a road side food joint in Bhopal n fell in love with the creamy taste of it.
